We have just learned that HEC has published a notice of tender to buy 100,000 laptops for the PM laptop programme 2023.

- Although the exact qualifying requirements for the PM Laptop Scheme 2023 have not yet been disclosed, a minimum of 16 years of schooling will be taken into consideration.

- Hopefully, this laptop programme will make all federally funded universities eligible. Similar to the initial phase, HEC is only investing in 100,000 computers, which is scarcely enough for just the federal government.
