Vacant Positions:
- Assistant Private Secretary
- Computer Operator
- Driver
- Lower Division Clerk
- Naib Qasid
- Section Officer – Administration
- Steno-Typist
Section Officer – Administration:
- Master’s Degree with at least three years of working experience in BS-11 to BS-17 in the Federal Secretariat, Ministries, Division, Attached Departments, Supreme Court, or High Courts.
- The maximum age limit is 30 years.
Computer Operator:
- 2nd Class or Grade C Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology
- 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics
- One-year postgraduate diploma in Computer Sciences
- 2 years experience in Computer Operations. OR
- 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology with two years experience in Computer Operations.
- The maximum age limit for an initial appointment shall be 28 years.
Assistant Private Secretary:
- Graduate having shorthand and typing speed of 100/40 words per minute, respectively.
- The maximum age limit for an initial appointment shall be 28 years.
Steno-Typist:
- Intermediate having shorthand and typing speed of 80/40 words per minute, respectively.
- The maximum age for an initial appointment shall be 25 years.
Lower Division Clerk:
- Matric with typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- The maximum age limit is 25 years.
Driver:
- Primary Pass candidates have a valid driving license & well-versed with the Traffic Rules.
- The age limit is 18 to 25 years.
Naib Qasid:
- Primary Pass candidates can apply.
- The maximum age limit is 25 years.
