Responsibilities
- Respond incoming calls from customers, primarily addressing queries related to product launches, product availability, exchange policies etc.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction ratings, and adherence to quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, step-by-step instructions, or escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions and provide accurate and appropriate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system or any other designated platform
Requirements
Education: Minimum Intermediate / B. Com
Experience: Fresh or up to 1 year of experience as a call center agent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on call center hours of operation.
- Shift availability: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night

We are looking for highly competitive professional for the role of fabric procurement for apparel and unstitched categories.
- Candidate has to involve in sourcing and purchase of greige, dyed, printed or finished fabrics as per the business requirements.
- Negotiate upon rates and to ensure the timely receiving of fabrics.
- Procurement of fabric as per the purchase requests.
- Check for related approved suppliers and prices.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the acceptable quality and quantity within agreed lead time.
- Prepare the fabric budget based on order requirement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors in Apparel Manufacturing & Merchandising / Textile Marketing & Merchandising
Experience: 4-5 years of Fabric Procurement for Apparel and Unstitched fabrics.
