Job Description’s:

IT ENGINEER (NETWORKS):

Installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Core Network Devices (Cisco Nexus + Catalyst)
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select, implement, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot high-level security systems (Multi-vendor firewalls)
Providing 2/3 technical support and assistance to employees
Working with third-party providers to keep the networks running efficiently
Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems
Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager

SR. IT ENGINEER (SYSTEMS):

Managing the team to provide network and system support.
Managing and supporting quires of more than 200 User nodes.
Perform the maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
Provide Level-3/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Handling the Domain Controller, ADC, DNS Server, DHCP Server FSRM, Elastix and Kaspersky Security Center 13.
Handling Streaming Server for YouTube Stream.
Managing VMware ESXi 6.0 and 6.5, VCenter 6.5 and taking backups of VMs via Veeam 9.5.
Work on Dell EMC SCv3020 Storage Arrays.
Installing, testing, and debugging the different software on the client side.
Meeting with the IT Manager to discuss system needs
