CriticalJob Functions:
Monitoringof children’s health:
Evaluate milestones
Daily health check of all children
Well versed with all health-relatedpolicies
Identify infant related issues andguide parents accordingly (colic, weaning diet, teething, breastfeeding,vaccinations etc)
Identify toddler/preschoolers relatedhealth issues and advise parents accordingly (toilet training, balanced diet,vaccinations etc)
Watch for acute illnesses and implementbased on health policies
Medication Administration
Monitoring body temperature and weightof infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
Referrals
Reporting of any health issues promptlyto center administrator, parents, health coordinator, ROC, COO and CEO
Documentation
Dealing with company doctor in case ofany health issues
Ensure Handwashing timely procedures /implementation of COVID SOPs at centers
Maintain Temperature logs andhealth observation of Staff, Parents and Children.
Conduct trainingwith the daycare team toensure and implement updated health SOPs.
Monitor, ensure and updateChildren immunization records at Catcokids centers.
Monitor, ensure and updateParents and Staff COVID-19 Vaccination records.
Parenteducation:

Child growth and development
HealthManagement and training:
Overall staff health supervision
Center health inspections
Development of training materials foruse in staff training and development as related to health
Development of parent educationmaterials
Training of staff in health-relatedtopics, including CPR and first aid
Coordination with Health Coordinator insituations requiring inclusion/exclusion of staff/children
Parent counseling regarding healthissues
Otherduties:
Feeding, diapering, and kitchenmanagement
